Yes, you can provide your website visitor with all the details of each of your rooms including pictures and the facilities it provides. You can also display all your tariffs for each room too.

I just want to create my own website, do I need to display my room/cottage availability?

No. If you just want to create your own website, that's fine. You always have the option to display your availability for your website visitors to see, if you want them to.

Is all my customer information safe?

Yes. One Click Update allows you to back up all your data to a hard drive or removeable media such as a Flash drive. You can also back up your data to a cd providing you have packet writing software installed on your PC.

Can I use my ISP's free hosting space to host my website?

Yes. If you wish to use the space provided by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) that's fine. We also offer to all customers who purchase the software FREE 12 months hosting space for you to host your website including a FREE domain name. (Subject to availability)

Can website visitors make bookings from my website?

Website visitors can complete a booking enquiry form on your website and this sends you the details of their booking enquiry. It is then up to you whether you take the booking or not.

Can I take deposits from people who make booking enquiries?

Yes, you can take deposits from people and they can pay you using Paypal or Nochex.

Is One Click Update easy to use?

Yes. The software was designed to be easy to use by just about anyone. Other online booking systems for Hotels, Bed and Breakfasts and Holiday Cottages can be very time consuming and tedious to operate, so people don't usually bother.
